When you’ve spent nearly 30 years in the equipment industry, you learn one thing fast: the wrong decision gets expensive.
Justin Nemec built Waypoint Machinery to make sure that doesn’t happen.
As the principal of Waypoint Machinery, Justin brings a rare, full-spectrum perspective to every deal. He has worked inside the dealer channel, built his own independent business, navigated global markets, and managed inventory across multi-location operations. He understands how decisions get made, where deals go wrong, and how to get them right.
Justin started as an inventory manager and worked his way up, gaining a deep, operational understanding of the industry. In 2007, he went out on his own, focusing on wholesale supply and international export during one of the most volatile economic periods in recent history. He later spent over a decade managing used equipment across 11 locations.
Today, Waypoint Machinery is the culmination of that experience. Justin works directly with every client, bringing a consultative, no-shortcuts approach. His goal is simple. Help you make a decision you feel confident about, not just today, but years down the road.
Outside of work, you’ll find him taking full advantage of Central Idaho. Skiing, trail running, paddle boarding, hiking, hunting, or fishing.
