Long-term partnerships start with trust.

Built on Trust Since 1996.

For Sean Hiskett, the relationship with Waypoint Machinery started long before Waypoint officially existed.

Back in 1996, Sean’s father had grown frustrated with dealership experiences and swore he’d never buy from one again. Justin’s father stepped in to help, even splitting commission with a dealership just to make sure the right equipment made it to the customer.

That relationship became the foundation for decades of trust.

Today, Justin remains Sean’s first phone call when equipment needs arise. In the last fifteen years, there has only been one machine Hiskett & Sons purchased elsewhere, and according to Sean, that decision came down to timing alone.

"I would have rather waited and purchased from Justin."

For Sean, the value goes far beyond finding clean used equipment. It’s knowing the information is honest, the recommendation is sound, and the support doesn’t disappear after the sale.

"I buy from him because I can believe him. I never have to second-guess him."

That trust was reinforced when one machine arrived with a faulty scale. Justin handled the issue immediately and saw the solution through without hesitation.

"No questions asked. He fixed the problem."

For companies making high-dollar equipment decisions, confidence matters. And according to Sean, that confidence comes from the person behind the machine as much as the machine itself.

"To an extent, I’m buying Justin more than the actual equipment."

More than a transaction.

Relationships that last.

For Glenn of Sapp Brothers Farms, working with Justin started more than two decades ago.

Since 2002, Glenn has purchased a wide range of equipment through Justin, building not only a long-term business relationship, but a lasting friendship grounded in trust and consistency.

"When we first started doing business, he told me if I didn’t like it, to send it back."

According to Glenn, that confidence has held true through years of purchases. The equipment has consistently been exactly what Justin said it would be.

"He’s a straight shooter."

But what stands out most is what happens after the sale.

Glenn recalls one delivery in which a loader arrived on a step-deck trailer with all the tires deflated by the driver, creating a difficult unloading situation. Justin stayed involved until the issue was resolved and made sure everything was handled properly.

"He made sure we were able to make it right."

For Glenn, that level of involvement is rare in the equipment industry.

"He does a really good job of being on top of all aspects of the deal, not just selling it."

From machine condition to transportation logistics, Justin manages the details proactively so customers can stay focused on running their operations.

"Once I buy it, I trust him."

After more than twenty years of doing business together, Glenn says there’s only one reason he’d stop working with Justin: "If he retires."

For more than twenty years, Wade Olsen of O-K Gravel Works has worked with Justin and watched him build a reputation rooted in consistency, honesty, and follow-through.

According to Wade, what sets Justin apart is simple:

“He stands behind the equipment he sells.”

In an industry where trust matters, Wade describes Justin as one of the most dependable people in the used equipment business, someone who values long-term relationships and continues supporting customers long after the deal is done.

“It’s rare to find someone in this business who values relationships as much as he does.”
